How much does it cost to register?
Registration is free.
How do I submit a template?
Once registered you will be provided with access to the ‘Upload a new Template’ function. This function allows you to upload images and set the price, etc.
Once uploaded your template will be submitted for moderation by the buymytemplate.com team. Once approved the template will be listed on the site for purchasing.
Can I change my listings once they are approved?
Yes, however the template will need to be re-moderated which will mean that the template will be removed from site until approved.
How do I know when a template sells?
When one of your templates is sold, you will receive an e-mail. The e-mail will contain a link to allowing you to retrieve the buyer’s e-mail address. You can then e-mail the buyer directly to arrange payment and delivery of the template.
How much does it cost to add a listing? What fees are payable when using buymytemplate.com?
There are no listing fees. You can list as many templates as you like (subject to your membership level) and only incur a commission fee once a template is purchased.
The commission fee varies depending on your membership level. It can cost at little at 5%, up to 10% plus US$5.00. Click here to view the buymytemplate.com membership rates.
How do I pay the commission?
Commission payments are made using Paypal. You will receive a commission invoice when you have sold a template containing payment instructions.
What is membership for?
Designers have the option of purchasing an annual membership. Depending on the membership purchased you receive fewer restrictions (e.g. a higher number of templates permitted) and reduced commission fees.

How are templates moderated?
The buymytemplate.com team review uploaded templates prior to listing them for sale. We ensure that all templates appear professionally designed and are of a high quality.

What if I want to discuss the template with the designer prior to purchasing?
Once registered you will have access to the buymytemplate.com private message system where you will be able to contact the designer.
Are prices negotiable?
Pricing is up to the designer. You would need to contact the designer who can then reduce the price, and then you can purchase the template.
How do I pay for a template?
This will vary depending on the designer. Once you decide to purchase a template, buymytemplate.com passes on your details to the designer who will then contact you to arrange payment. You deal directly with the designer from this point onwards.
On the template listing the payment methods accepted by the designer is displayed. Should you have any queries on the payment methods accepted by the designer you may sent a private message to the designer.
How do I receive the template?
This will vary depending on the designer but typically via e-mail or web site download. The designer will arrange this with you once you have purchased your template, or you can PM the designer prior to purchasing to ascertain the methods available.
What happens if I don’t hear from the designer once I purchase?
Allow up to 2 days to hear from the designer. If you still haven’t heard from them, contact buymytemplate.com and we’ll attempt to contact them for you using alternative contact details.
What happens if I don’t receive the template after paying?
As you will have already commenced discussing the purchase with the designer this is unlikely to happen. Should it happen attempt to contact the designer using their e-mail address and/or buymytemplate.com private message system.
If you do not receive a response, please contact your bank or payment service (eg. Paypal) and dispute the charges. You should also advise buymytemplate.com so we can also investigate. Finally, we also have a feedback system where you should note any unsatisfactory conduct.
